Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers.
– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
– Venture into the market to meet potential clients, demonstrate services, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
– Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
– Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
– Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
– Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Requirements:
– Proven experience of 2 year as a marketing and sales executive or relevant role.
– Proficiency in English, Telugu and Hindi is vital.
– Thorough understanding of marketing techniques.
– Fast learner with a passion for sales.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field, A master’s degree is added bonus
– Relevant Experience in the Construction Field.
