Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Configuration: Install and configure Brainware software, ensuring seamless integration with OnBase and SAP systems.
- Scan Queues Management: Set up and manage scan queues to optimize document processing workflows.
- Vendor File Management: Configure and maintain vendor files to ensure accurate data capture and processing.
- Workflow Configuration: Design and implement workflows to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- System Integration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth integration of Brainware with existing OnBase and SAP systems.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Brainware-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and workflows. Provide training to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Brainware certification is required.
- Proven experience with OnBase and SAP integration.
- Strong understanding of document capture and processing workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
