Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Configuration: Install and configure Brainware software, ensuring seamless integration with OnBase and SAP systems.
  • Scan Queues Management: Set up and manage scan queues to optimize document processing workflows.
  • Vendor File Management: Configure and maintain vendor files to ensure accurate data capture and processing.
  • Workflow Configuration: Design and implement workflows to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth integration of Brainware with existing OnBase and SAP systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Brainware-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and workflows. Provide training to end-users and stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Brainware certification is required.
  • Proven experience with OnBase and SAP integration.
  • Strong understanding of document capture and processing workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
