Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media and Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • You need to influence people to buy steel online.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales .
  • Focus should be to increase the sales of the company
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven 1 to 2 years experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields is preferred
  • Proven sales experience, Time Management & Organisational abilities
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English Hindi & Telugu.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
  • Ability to Handle Calls at least 150 to 300 calls per day
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • 1 or 2+ Years expertise within the same domain sales of STEEL
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must totally focus on increasing the business by marketing strategies and estimating sales targets.
