Role & responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media and Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- You need to influence people to buy steel online.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales .
- Focus should be to increase the sales of the company
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven 1 to 2 years experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields is preferred
- Proven sales experience, Time Management & Organisational abilities
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in English Hindi & Telugu.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- Ability to Handle Calls at least 150 to 300 calls per day
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- 1 or 2+ Years expertise within the same domain sales of STEEL
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must totally focus on increasing the business by marketing strategies and estimating sales targets.
