At Magnify IT Private Limited, we strive to provide excellent IT and recruitment services to our clients.  1. Service Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
   – Refund requests will only be considered if they are made within 7 days of the service purchase date.
   – Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
     – The service purchased was not delivered as described or expected.
     – Technical issues, such as errors or defects, significantly impacted the quality or usability of the service.
     – The recruitment services provided did not meet the agreed-upon terms in the contract.

 

 2. Non-Refundable Services
   – Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
     – Consultation services that have already been delivered.
     – Job postings, resume searches, or candidate shortlisting services that have been completed.
     – IT project services that have commenced or been delivered.
   – Any service involving custom development or customization of software/solutions that has begun will not be eligible for a refund.

   – All refund requests will be reviewed by our team, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any request based on the circumstances.

   – In some cases, partial refunds may be offered if a portion of the service has been delivered. The amount refunded will be determined by the level of service provided up to the date of the refund request.

 

 5. Chargebacks
   – If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback if we believe that the service was provided according to the terms of the agreement.
